ClarkPowell
is in the business of rental and sales of LCD portable
projectors and display technology to clients
"on-the-go". ClarkPowell provides an
affordable solution to clients who need to purchase
presentation equipment, or rent equipment locally or
long range, without the hassle of finding a vendor
when and where you need them and at a price your
budget can handle.
Our
primary method of nationwide transactions is through our website,
where clients rent and purchase equipment with a
credit card or corporate account. Phone orders are
also processed with a credit card when needed. Online
ordering (e-commerce) allows us to conduct business at
a national level with next-day delivery via UPS for
fast reliable service. Clients are billed for each day’s
rental with rates starting as low as $79 per day. Give

Return
/ Cancellation Policy:
Except as
provided below, all sales are considered final upon
shipment of equipment. Cancellations of orders will be
accepted prior to orders or rentals
being shipped. (Customers need to call to verify
status of shipment at 866-595-3368). If orders
have not yet shipped, ClarkPowell will cancel your
order at no charge except for special or custom
orders. If your order has been shipped and payment
was made by credit card you can still cancel your
order but any shipping charges and a 3% credit card
fee will be billed to your credit card. * A $25 per order
fee will be billed for all invalid credit card
charge backs.
7 Day
New Sales Return Policy: If you are not satisfied
with your purchase from ClarkPowell for reasons other
than damage or defect, we will gladly accept your
return item if you contact us and receive an RMA
(return merchandise number) within 7 days of your
receipt of the order (RMA's are valid for 15 days).
Return 2 day shipping charges to be paid by the customer.
The equipment must be undamaged and returned in the original
packaging with all materials, accessories,
manuals and be clearly marked on the outside shipping
label with the RMA. When returned, the order will be
inspected and verified to be complete and in good
working order. Upon successful verification of all
items, packaging, condition and operation a refund
will be credited to you for the original purchase
amount, minus a nominal 10% restocking fee and
original shipping costs, orders originally paid by
credit card will be charged an additional 3% handling
fee. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for refund processing
to appear on your statement.
If
purchased equipment is found to be defective upon
delivery, ClarkPowell will promptly repair or exchange
the defective unit (at their discretion), at no charge
to the customer, provided the equipment is returned in
the original packaging with all materials,
accessories, and manuals within 15 days. After 15 days
you must contact the manufacturer according to product
warranty instructions. Returned equipment to
ClarkPowell will not be accepted unless an RMA number
(Return Merchandise Authorization) is given by
Clark-Powell and clearly written on the return
shipment label. Customers should call 866-595-3368
for an RMA number as soon as defect is realized.
Exchanges
will be made for the exact brand and model number of
unit that was originally purchased unless the unit is
out of stock or unavailable. If unavailable, a
comparable unit will be substituted at
ClarkPowell's discretion.
